Question:
We have talked about the amount of hair to be transplanted. Dr. Epstein drew on the photograph and I discussed it with Aaron. Basically we seem to be talking about ‘filling in the corners’ and increasing density at the front but not bringing forward the hairline at the front – how do we specifically agree on the exact work? Do we think it will be 2400 grafts or less? If the payment is upfront, what happens if there are more or less grafts?
Answer:
We can decide this on the morning of your procedure. If I feel fewer grafts are likely needed, then the cost of these grafts will of course be refunded to you.
