Gorana Kuka, MD is a Diplomate of the American Board of Hair Restoration Surgery as well as being a board certified plastic surgeon from Belgrade, Serbia who has a high interest in hair restoration surgery. Along with the surgical aspect, she has become even more dedicated to treat women suffering from hair loss. She has been trained in the latest diagnostic techniques and most cutting- edge treatments that she can offer to her patients.
Jeffrey Epstein, MD FACS is board certified in facial plastic and hair restoration surgery who has been practicing in Miami since the mid-90s. An expert in a variety of hair restoration procedures, working with Dr. Kuka, he devotes considerable energies to the multiple-modality approaches to treating women with hair loss.
ANDREA MIRANDA, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Ms. Miranda joined The Foundation for Hair Restoration in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Barry University and Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Miami, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Miranda has quickly earned a name for herself among our hair loss patients, specializing in medical therapies (such as Growth Factors and Laser Light Therapy) to combat hair loss. Under the guidance and direction of Dr. Jeffrey Epstein and Dr. Anthony Bared, she has become an expert in the use of Growth Factors Plasma. Andrea also serves as the expert on Laser Light Therapy and its benefits for hair loss. Working closely with Dr. Epstein on his private-labeled laser cap program, Foundation Light Therapy is one of her passions. Foundation Light Therapy offers specially designed, medical grade laser caps with customized regimens and close follow up by her and Dr. Epstein.
In Dr. Epstein’s Miami office, your initial consultation with be with Andrea, as she helps to narrow down your concerns, orders and evaluates lab work related to hair loss, performs scalp biopsy, if indicated, and helps begin the process to discovering the best way to achieve your hair goals. Andrea works very closely with Dr. Epstein and Dr. Kuka to ensure that your concerns are being heard, your evaluation is thorough and your results are maximized.
