Question:
What is a Patient Advisor and how can they help me with?
Answer:
Patient Advisors work with each of the Foundation doctors to help expedite and improve the service provided to each patient. Patient Advisors are responsible for collecting photos for photo reviews, scheduling live web-cam consultations for each doctor, helping each patient to schedule hotels, flights and their procedure date, and they are responsible for following up with patients after procedures to ensure satisfaction and happiness overall. Each of our patient advisors at the FHRPS are particularly talented, having spoken with over 1,000 patients and in some cases over 10,000 patients in their career. These knowledgeable, well educated, kind and caring individuals help each doctor who can be very busy throughout the day with surgical procedures and consultations to help the process run smoothly for each and every patient who comes to the Foundation. The result is an extremely high satisfaction rate with our doctors.
