Procedure Details: Result Of Hairline Lowering Surgery To Repair Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia. In Order To Restore The Elevated Hairline That Was The Result Of Frontal Fibrosing Alopecia (FFA), This Patient Underwent Hairline Advancement Surgery. This Involved Advancing Her Unaffected Hairline Forward, Permitting The Removal Of The Scarred Frontal Scalp. Because She Had Poor Scalp Mobility, In This Case A Balloon Expander Was Used.
