Procedure Details: Before And Immediately After Surgical Hairline Advancement/forehead Reduction Surgery Patient Was Desired A Lower Hairline, So Was Treated With A Surgical Hairline Advancement That Included The Removal Of Prior Grafting Done Elsewhere With Which She Was Unhappy. At The Same Time Some Hair Grafting Was Done To Round Out The Hairline. She Is Shown Immediately After Surgery.
