In appreciation for all the success his practice has provided him, Dr. Epstein has been giving back to others less fortunate than he, through his work with several charitable organizations as well as on his own. Taking his abilities as both a facial plastic surgeon and hair transplant specialist, Dr. Epstein is uniquely capable in the hair transplant world in being able to combine various therapy modalities for the treatment of such conditions as serious scalp scarring and burns.
Through both his own funds and the support of Operation Restore, a charitable organization that he supports financially through donations made to the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery, Dr. Epstein has treated several young patients, such as Madeeha and Addison, with pro bono scalp reconstruction procedures. Calling some of these patients his “angels”, Dr. Epstein is grateful for the pleasure that helping these girls and their families regain a normal life.
Another charitable organization with which he has been involved since its inception in 1994 is the National Domestic Violence Project. Supervised by the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery, this organization brings together victims of domestic violence with facial plastic surgeons to help erase, throughpro bono surgery, the physical scars of prior abusive relationships.
Lastly, in his own community, Dr. Epstein serves on the Board of the organization Neat Stuff Helps Kids. This organization provides underprivileged and foster children in Dade County brand new clothing and school uniforms at no charge.

Hi Dr E.
I just wanted to send u new pictures of Addison since it has been a little over a year since her last procedure. She looks great she still is getting new hair growth but as you can see it is coming in wonderfully. This is the first year she has been in school where she hasn’t had to wear her wig and she’s comfortable with it. When I look at the pictures I never thought 3 years ago that this was even possible. You are a the greatest doctor and a even more wonderful man. My daughter asks about you all the time and she wants to come visit you soon. I could never repay you are or be more thankful to anyone in my life.
She is going to be undergoing a similar procedure on her back to remove the large scar that was left there.
Love,
Bobbi Jo Moman &
Addison Copeland
For 10 year old Lior, loss of her right eyebrow since early childhood was fortunately reversed when she flew from Israel to be treated by Dr. Epstein. The eyebrow transplant procedure he performed resulted in a significantly improved appearance.
