Roxy,

I had received a phone call a while back from someone checking in me. I never returned the call, but please let Dr. E and the staff that it is growing in nicely and I am very pleased..not longer self-conscious:)

Thanks for the follow up and I will send pictures at 9 months

Beth

Good Morning, Dr. Epstein:

It's been awhile since we've touched base, but I've seen a few of your posts during those rare moments when I'm on Facebook. Hope all is still well w/ you & your practice!

If you recall, you performed my hair transplant back on July 3, 2007, I believe. I don't recall the total # of grafts. Beautiful job w/ the incision; clean, even, healed quickly, with a "scar" that's only visible when my barber uses a #2 shaver. Same w/ the graft quality; no buckling, scarring, etc.

Darin

Hello Dr. Epstein and Roxy!

The new hairs have grown in and they look really really good. I'm so happy with the results. Everything is perfect. I would like to send you a picture, but at the moment I'm in a hurry to work out my schedule. I'm going to Haiti in April so I'm hoping to get in with you.

Thanks for your wonderful work. It's been such a blessing to have this done!

Hello Ed,

I am feeling great, and my recovery has been quite smooth. I was nervous, however, when I saw the hairs coming out with the crusts, but I got out my handy dandy post-op instructions & read them over & over for reassurance that they will grow back, haha! :) A good bit of the hairs are still there, so I can see now kind of what it will look like in several months when they do grow back which is awesome. I could not be happier with the appearance because the shape suits my face perfectly. I still cannot believe how natural they look(already) and how amazing the shape of my eyebrows are. I am attaching a picture so you can see me one week post surgery. I will do the same several months from now so you can get the true "after" photo.

Now for the staff-I could not say enough how much I appreciated the comfort and ease they brought to the room, especially since I made the decision to have this surgery less than a week before having it. You have a great team of professionals who definitely made an impact in my life in a 5 hour span of time. Please thank all of them for me. And please thank the super famous Dr. Epstein for the amazing work he does (and did for me) to put smiles (and eyebrows) on people's faces!!! :) I couldn't have found a better doctor and team.

At this point, I don't think there is anything I need except maybe one additional reassuring message that these hairs will grow back. I know they will, but I just like to hear/read it one more time!

Thanks for everything. I will keep in touch!
Missy S

Dear Roxy,

I hope all is well with you. It is now about 6 months after my operation, and I am delighted with the results. The eyebrows grew back beautifully. And the nose, after some getting used to (primarily by myself), has claimed its natural place on my face like it has always been there in this form. At first I was very worried at how people would react to the new look, but it was interesting that only few people saw anything different, apart from thinking I was looking great. They just could not pin point what exactly had changed. I must say that now that I have the nose correction done, I realize that the somewhat unusal shape of my nose did bother me and I am happy that I had the operation.

I am contacting you because I would like to make an appointment with dr. Epstein during my next visit to Miami. I will be in town for my annual check up on February 22 and 23 and will be available to stop by in the afternoon of any of the two days. I hope it is not too short notice, but I just need a few minutes to show the results

I am looking forward to seeing you soon.

Regards,
Sheila

Hi Jon;

Thank you for checking in.. My procedure went well.. I am feeling pretty good and I will be coming in for suture removal on the 19th

Thanks again.. As usual, your staff and the professionalism and skills of Dr. Epstein are exceptional...

Rani:-)

Hello Ed,

Thank you for checking in with me. I am happy to report that my post procedure week has been complication- free! I've had absolutely no problems. The donor site is healing well; my husband and I have a very hard time even finding the site these days!! The recipient site is , I believe, "healed" - it is almost scab-free and of normal color -- the erythema has completely resolved !

Needless to say, I am very happy that I chose to come to the "Dr Epstein group" - from initial contact with you, Ed, to meeting the very classy and skillful Dr Epstein and all his "transplant goddesses" - my experience has been excellent!!

Now......the waiting begins.....can't wait to see the "finished product".........

I will be in touch with updates!

Thanks again for all your help. I enjoyed meeting you and "putting a face" with the emails.

Warmest regards,
Dr N.

Hey Jon,

POST Surgery - 1 wk update:

I am very well...& HAPPY with the outcome. YES, as you can see from these pictures 'actually' taken yesterday (1/27/10), things are looking great. Still have mild yellowish bruising under eyes but makeup does wonders for that...Pinkish in the brows but not noticeable UNLESS I mentioned I had the surgery. The funny part is, when we got home last Thursday, my parents & my in-laws never noticed...I didn't let family know until after the surgery. (Sometimes ignorance causes negativity)! They thought I was only going down there to 'talk' to Dr. Epstein, ha-ha.

Dr. Epstein, You and the rest of the STAFF are truly amazing, caring and talented people. I noticed everyone was so together there and as time went on during my surgery, I felt more and more comfortable. (Enjoyed staff singing 'Ring of Fire' & 'Hotel California' in my ear**accent was great**. This by far has been THE BEST doctor's appointment I have ever had.

I was nervous ONLY bc of the following: Researched thru internet & booked it over the phone back in November, flew in the day of surgery all the way from Jacksonville(hahah) & finally met Dr. Epstein. First time for everything RIGHT!!! What made the decision EASY for me was this: When researching internet websites, Dr. Epstein's stood out from everyone. I loved the fact the pictures could be magnified for close-ups so You felt like YOU were actually looking at the person and NOT viewing it long-distance. Dr. Epstein's visual talent for viewing your facial structure and knowing what looks BEST for YOU is priceless! My personal experience was not uncomfortable or apprehensive. I was made to feel special...Not another number or surgery BUT as someone you truly wanted to help. Its not about the money either. I have time now for focusing MORE on what matters most: hubby, my kids and activities I had long avoided.

I will definitely keep taking pictures, journaling my experience & keeping in touch with you. I sincerely hope my progress and testimony could help someone else that feels the way I USED to feel. My heart is OVERJOYED right now bc I feel like I got my life back, silly as that sounds. I can get ready in no time flat!! I can go without makeup, as Dr. Epstein recommended a 'Southern girl' should do...I'm looking forward to the summer and continued progress....

Sincerely GRATEFUL,
Shannon S

I had my hair transplants done on January 8th, and I was just so amazed at how wonderful the experience was. I'm not saying needles to my scalp are a treat, but the kind and genuine care I received was absolutely outstanding.

I'm 25, and I've been losing my hair since I was 14. It was a secret I kept and concealed for over a decade, not even members of my family knew how bad my alopecia progressed. It's effected every area of my life.

Socially, men of my past will tell you that I have problems with intimacy and commitment. And I can't blame them for having that impression of me when I wouldn't even let them stroke my hair, shower with them, or go on vacation with them when I've been invited. The truth is, I would have LOVED to have done those things, but I couldn't because my secret would be revealed. So I have missed out on so many experiences and several potential long-term relationships as a result of my condition. It's left me rather lonely.

My hair loss has even effected my professional life. I was accepted and should have started medical school last year, but I didn't. I knew I couldn't proceed with this next huge step in my life without facing this skeleton in my closet. The last thing I wanted to worry about as a medical student is if my classmates, patients, teachers, or boyfriends can tell that I'm balding. I could have been in my second semester of medical school at this point, but I knew I needed to see Dr. Epstein first. As I told Dr. Epstein, I re-applied for the entering class of 2010, and I got accepted to Howard University, a well-respected medical school. I'm excited to start in the Fall, but quite honestly, I'm even more excited that I'll be 6 months post-op by that time!

I know this is something you all do everyday, but for me January 8th changed my life. Nothing will ever the be same, and I am so glad for that. Because of Dr. Epstein and his wonderful staff, I have been saved from a life of loneliness, secrets, and insecurities... and I can't even begin to explain how free I now feel. It's hard for me to write this without crying my eyes out, but I'm so glad to say that they are tears of happiness.

Thank you improving my life and giving me new opportunities. Dr. Epstein has literally been the answer to my prayers. I'll be sure to send photos and keep in touch....

With all the sincerity I have, thank you.

Warmly,
Jackie A

I do want to thank you and Dr. Epstein for all your help.

My only experience with Doctors before this was GPs, and I must say this was the most unstressful, convenient, and ethical experience I have ever had at a Dr's office. I can honestly say this is the only time I have ever felt that a Dr. was looking out for my best interest.

I will be recommending you guys to anyone I know that is looking for a plastic surgeon.

Yubi

Hello, and happy New Year!

I want to let you know how very satisfied I am with the transplanation procedure Dr. Epstein did for me. Even though my procedure was four years ago (with a follow up procedure in early 2008), I am utterly amazed EVERY DAY at how beautifully and completely my eyebrows were restored. I am relieved that I no longer think about my brows (except to trim them and admire them!). There is nothing "transplanted" looking about them; they are completely "me," and they are even better than the brows I was born with, before I over-tweezed them. I wear absolutely no makeup on my brows, because now they are JUST PERFECT.

There is no question that I was helped by the very finest specialist in the field; I am so grateful that I met Dr. Epstein and his staff! When I feel the need for any other cosmetic procedure, I will consult Dr. Epstein.

Very best regards,
Kathleen

Things are great!

Dr. Epstein did incredible work for me and I am eternally grateful in more ways than I can ever be able to list! I was very depressed about my situation for many years, and now every time I look in the mirror I am happy! What a difference in my life overall, you have no idea. If I ever consider other proceedures in the future, I will consult with him first. I appreciate your checking in with me, and send my regards to Dr. E. Also if he ever needs a referral or if a prospective client wants to hear how great my experience has been, I am happy to share...

Happy New Year!
Kate

Dr. Epstein

everythings great!! the hairs were all grown in by early december which i was so surprised about. i thought it would take much longer. my eyebrows look amazing- i could not be happier with the work done.

thanks so much-
janna

Hi DJ,

I was the guy who had a bad experience with another Dr. the other time and you recommended Dr. Epstein. Well, l had my procedure last friday (12/4/09) at his NYC ofice. I came away feeling really good. He is indeed a great guy. I was very impress with him and his staff. They treated me like somebody. The nurses were very helpful even the following day when l went back to wash the hair, they were just great to say the least. I have had a terrible and emotional degrading exprience from my past Dr. in NJ who always like being in the media all time. The closing in the donor area is amazing. He remove the old scar and close it and it appears nothing ever happened there. My only regrets, is why l didn't go with Dr. Epstein from the beginning. if l had, l would have completely retore my hair by now. it would have only taking 2 session. l know is too early to be jumping up and saying what a wonder result? But l am very please with the entire process upto this momement.

Thank you DJ for savng me and leading me in the right direction. You could have ignore my e-mail 2 yrs ago, but God touch you to direct me. My life was so miserable l didn't think this life was a place for me anymore. I have attached the pix. before and after.

Thanks again DJ.
God will bless you for what you have done for me.

Hi Roxy and Dr. Epstein,

I just wanted to say thank you again. Everyone at the office is so great and makes the procedure go so smoothly. I appreciate the time and all the work that went into my procedure. Linda was great and I love the shape of the brows. I truly hope that this does it for me. It's nice to feel human again. Losing my eyebrows has been such a hard thing for me to go through but you guys all make it easier. Again thank you for everything and I'll send you guys some updated pictures after a while. If there is anything I can do to help you guys please let me know.

Thank you again for everything!!
Jen

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I am back in New Jersey after my procedure last week and having a speedy recovery. I wanted to Thank You very much for your help you and your staff both in Miami and New York have given me.

Firstly, Karen and your other staff members who worked with me during my procedure in Miami made me feel so comfortable and were very friendly through out my entire procedure-please thank them so much for me! Secondly, I want to especially thank Maureen from New York for her helpfulness to assist me over the past several months answering all my questions and concerns that I had. She facilitated me in every step of the way and that means a lot to a patient with lots of questions and concerns.

So I thank her very much for her eagerness to always assist. And Finally, Dr. Epstein, I want to Thank You so much for helping me out.

This was a big decision for me and I would not have trusted anyone else. It's been a week since my procedure and I am very happy with the results so far and I'm anxiously waiting for time to go by. You did a flawless job and the results so far are incredible! I am very happy with the work you did and will always be grateful for that. Thanks once again, I will see you soon!!!

Take Care,
Rishi P

Hey Maureen,

I am doing good resting at the Hampton. Under all the medication and sleepy. Just got a chance to check my e-mail. The procedure went well and everyone at the office in Miami was so nice to me and made the procedure a success.

Dr. Epstein is truly a world class doctor and I am so happy that I made this decision to work with him...and all of this was only possible because our endless e-mail conversations to work out everything.

I am going back to the office tomorrow for antoher hair wash and laser. Do you all have the laser therapy there at the NY office as well? I fly Saturday morning for New Jersey. I have to write an official letter of thanks to you and Dr. Epstein...so when I feel a little better next week I will get back to you on that.

Thanks for asking how I am doing....that means a lot!!!!

Dear Dr. Epstein,

I wanted to Thank you & your staff. You were my last chance at fixing my eyebrows and the burns scars that I have lived with for two very long years.

I am so Thankful for what you have done for me!! Hopefully when the hairs grow back in I will be able to look in the mirror again and smile.

You & your staff are awesome, I was treated so good. Like you said, It's hard to please a Scorpio and You Have in every way!! Please take care and Happy Holidays,

I will send pictures in 3-4 months when the hairs grow in.

Thanks,
Angela B

Hi Roxy!

Thanks again for coming in to meet me. That was really sweet. I was pretty nervous that day as it was all too surreal. Your helped calm me down a bit:)

Things are going well. I am using Rogaine for women and otherwise, just waiting to see if I am going to grow some hair in the spring.... kinda anxious really!

Anyway, I hope you all had a great thanksgiving and enjoy the rest of the holiday season. Please pass on my thanks to everyone. You all are superb!

xo
Beth

Dr. Epstein:

Just wanted to thank you and your staff, specially Karen and Niurka, for a wonderful experience during my procedure today.

My anxiety prior to the procedure was overcome by the professionalism  and caring felt in your office.

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Jaime N

I am, thank you!

I have been meaning to call the office, but life is crazy busy around here.

You and your staff are incredible at what you do and experiencing how efficient you all are at this, makes me not worry a bit. I am looking forward to seeing what hairs grow in this spring. I will send you pictures when it starts to happen.

Thank you again for your dedication and skill and for doing something for me that I have literally wanted my entire life. I am still in disbelief that I may have that hairline. We will see!

Happy thanksgiving,
Beth

P.S. for the donor site, is it okay to put neosporin or cortisone on it??

I have every intention of following up with having my neck done and the revision on the hair replacement on my right side.

Recently I saw Dr. Linda Marraccini, my GP (in your building), for a physical and I mentioned that I was going to have some cosmetic surgery with you and she told me you are one of the most incredibly talented surgeons ever. She told me that you could probably rebuild an entire face you were so skilled and that I would never have to worry about a bad outcome with you. Just thought you might like to know what your peers say about you.

Respectfully,
Pamela

Hi there,

I just walked in my door and saw that you called! Thank you so much for everything! For all the follow up, which is THE ONLY REASON I got off my butt and did it! I was so nervous about the unknown, and you really kept reassuring me that it would work and that it would be okay! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

The procedure was a piece of cake! I felt nothing! And from what I can tell, everything will look great! Dr. Epstein thought I had VERY attainable goals and that it would work! Everyone in the office was GREAT! I thought I would be embarrassed in front of them, but they were all very inviting and helpful. They made me VERY comfortable and at ease! The only bad part was riding home on the plane with out my hair blown dry and the ugly tape on my forehead! But I got over it!

If it wasn't for you, I would not have done this so THANK YOU AGAIN!
Mary

Roxy,

Good to hear from you!!  Yes, I am always thinking of the best time to come and see you all again.  I am most probably coming in the spring with some girlfriends this time...more fun that way!!!

Anyway, it's all a work in progress scheduled around work and life in general.  Will call to set up a time in Florida and email some current pictures of my brows. The planted follicles have continued to grow and flourish...just needing some fine-tuning which we knew we would have to do.  Also, would like to transplant more along the hairline as before...esp the right side!!

I think of you all often, esp whenever I get compliments form people about my eyes...they all think I had some bleph. work  or something, they cannot figure it out!!  They are acquaintances so I just smile and say thank you!!

Will contact you later!!

Take care!!
Marie

Hi Dr. E!

The new hairs have grown in and they look amazing! I'm very, very pleased. See the pictures.

Your work is amazing!

Hey Roxy,

Thanks for checking in! I LOVE the results - it's pretty amazing! Even when I did have eyebrow hair (before plucking), I NEVER had this perfect shape that I have now. Just for fun, I attached before and after photo from my personal album. The "after" shot shows them with some eyebrow pencil applied, but you get the idea!

Have a great weekend!
Ron

Hi Ed,

What a cordial response! I bet you are very busy being Dr. Epstein's  patient advisor. My husband, Burke, and I accidently happened upon Dr. Epstein about 8 years ago and it was the best piece of luck we've ever had! I've recommended him to many people and always mention how high he scored on his board exams. Hah! I went back to work two weeks after my face-lift and no one suspected anything other than I looked well-rested.

We would life to submit photos to you as soon as we take some up close shots. Burke is interested in, guess what?,  MORE HAIR!!! His transplanted hairs took very well on the top front of his head, but he needs to fill in the open spot toward the back and a little more on the front hairline.  I am interested in either a mini-midfacelife or a mid-facelift. I have high cheekbones already but they would look a lot better if they were north about 1/2 inch or so. Also, does Dr. Epstein go in through the undereye or the inside of the mouth to get to the cheek muscles or does he prefer an endoscopic approach through the temples? He did such good work around the my ear area. I might also need some laser resurfacing under my right eye as I ran into a tree branch while mowing the lawn on our tractor mower and the small injury site has a few scars. I would be willing to do whatever Dr. Epstein suggests. Maybe a full face lift would work also since I already have the incisions, but this approach might not lift the midface.

Thanks for your reply and we will be sending photos shortly.

Hi Dr E.

I just wanted to send u new pictures of Addison since it has been a little over a year since her last procedure. She looks great she still is getting new hair growth but as you can see it is coming in wonderfully. This is the first year she has been in school where she hasn't had to wear her wig and she's comfortable with it. When I look at the pictures I never thought 3 years ago that this was even possible. You are a the greatest doctor and a even more wonderful man. My daughter asks about you all the time and she wants to come visit you soon. I could never repay you are or be more thankful to anyone in my life.

She is going to be undergoing a similar procedure on her back to remove the large scar that was left there.

Love,
Bobbi Jo Moman & Addison Copeland

Hi Dr. E.,

I wanted to thank you and your staff for taking such good care of me last week. Everything is going as expected and I'm looking forward to a fabulous result. You mentioned that you could refer me to one of your colleagues in Palo Alto or Menlo Park to have my stitches removed and I'd very much appreciate that. Since I had my surgery last Wednesday, I should schedule the stitches removal for this coming Monday, August 31, right?

BTW, over the weekend I saw several episodes of Miami Social, including the season finale. The show itself is dreadful (and kinda boring), but you came out great! I hope that works out for you. Michael seems like a nice guy, too.

Thanks again for all your work on my behalf and for making this whole process easy and comfortable for me.

All the best,
B

Roxy,

Just another funny "new hair" story. I saw my cousin who I have not seen in about 5-6 months.... and he looked at my hair and said... "someone is coloring their hair"....... I told him... no coloring then..... I had to laugh to myself.....

jc

Dr. Epstein,

I received an email from your office, that you were appearing on Miami Social on Tuesday, performing the surgery on Michael, one of the characters of the reality show.  I've been watching the show, but I made sure I taped it because I didn't want to miss it.

I was in your office last year for a consultation on hair replacement.  I really liked how you explained the process and your employees were all so courteous.  I definitely want to do it, and I've been saving up to be able to next year.  The reason for this note, is that after watching the show on Tuesday, and the actual operation, my decision is made.  I saw how simple and casual it is, and it makes me more at ease with the procedure.  Thanks for showing this on TV, I'm sure a lot of people feel the same way I do.

When I'm ready (saved enough), I will contact your office again and will setup an appointment for the procedure.

You are definitely a "rising star".

Thanks for your time.

Dr. Epstein,

Just a quick question. I really like, from what I can research, What Dr. Woods is doing. Is yours different? I want to buzz my hair, I do it now, I'm a 1.8 density and very fine.

I have not done anything at all yet. But FUE sounds like good stuff to me.

You did a great job on my sister Enid. Everytime I see her I am happy that I recommended you. Trust me if she wasn't happy my life would be hell. Even my mom was happy in the choice I made for her. Just really good work my man.

Thanks,
Todd H - Long Island, N.Y. (Enids brother)

Hi Jeff:

I don't know if you remember me, but, I wanted to tell you that I saw you on Miami Social, you look terrific! Also, I wanted to tell you that after 10 months, my sister Alison's hair looks terrific, too. You did a splendid job, I'm glad I sent her to you. If you have a spare moment in NYC when you are here, I would love to have a drink.

Best,
Craig

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Roxy, Cindy, Susie, & All the Wolderful Staff & Nurses,

Thank you so much for all the excellent treatment you're given me throughout my procedure & post-op laser hair therapy. You have made this a memorable experience & one that I will recommend to any friend who needs it.

Thank you again for everything!
Cristy

Hi Roxy,

I can't believe it has been over a year. It actually felt like something was missing this past Spring when I didn't plan a trip to Miami, but I really didn't need to come - my brows grew in beautifully! I'm attaching a photo of me taken on my trip to Alaska last summer. It was great to be able to travel light and worry-free with my new brows.

Based on the email updates I've received, it seems that Dr Epstein has been keeping very busy. I think of you both often and will never be able to thank you enough for all that you've done for me. I hope both you and Dr. Epstein are doing well and I appreciate you touching base to check on how things turned out.

Thanks again,
Nancy

Hi Roxy,

I'm doing well. I hope you and Dr. Epstein have been doing well too. Thank you so much for reaching out to me. I also wanted to thank you, Dr. Epstein and the rest of the staff for making it such a wonderful experience.

While my brows still have some bald spots they are a HUGE improvement from what they were and for that I am truly grateful!!

Thanks again for helping restore my brows and my confidence :) Please tell Dr. Epstein I said hello :)

Warm regards,
Nicole

P.S. I tried to attach some wedding pictures so I hope you are able to get them. We just had our 1st anniversary- can you believe it??

Hi Maureen !!

It's been exactly one week today and all went so well at Dr. Epstein's office !!! I am so excited about my new eyebrows and they did such a beautiful job...

I am so impressed with Dr.Epstein and his staff... Linda was unbelievable !!! They took such time and care with me and I am grateful and could not be happier... they strive for perfection !!!

I also went to the Boca office and they were kind enough to shampoo my hair the next two days after the procedure and I met Dr. Charles, who also I was impressed with and his concern... I will see Dr. Charles on Monday to have the sutures removed...

Thank you also for all your help with making this procedure happen !!

Regards,
Catherine

Hi Roxy,

Jim and I just got home last night after being in Zimbabwe for a month. Very cold there...

My hair is great and incision site healed. Haven't had time to communicate with you as the Blackberry Storm phone I have with my and Verizon global service would not work from there or South Africa for the entire trip! Rats!

Such is life.

So today we are just trying to catch up...

Jury duty yikes! School in 2 weeks!

Back to the race!

Best.
Lynn

Hello Roxy,

Sorry I have not gotten your email and responded sooner, but it was in the spam box, anyways, I am interested in either botox or this new product, to be done on my forehead facial lines.

I would like to set up an appointment for Monday, Aug 3rd, if available, please if you can email this info, and I will call you to confirm.

Thank you and Dr. Epstein and Jon, great service you provide and highest level of communication skills in keeping your "clients" informed and willingness to extend a much well received welcoming.

Thanks,
M.D.

My Angel Roxy

It was wonderful to see you, Dr. E, Linda, and the rest of the staff as well.  I am absolutely amazed at how terrific you look, girl!  You keep it up!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the new procedure will greatly increase my regrowth factor.  I am hoping that the new hairs don't fall out at all.  That would be my miracle and dream come true I will continue to sing the praises of Dr. E.  I firmly believe that some day I will wake up with the beautiful brows I have always dreamed of....for good.  I have the phenomenal Dr. E and staff to thank for that, and there are no words to describe how grateful I am for all that you guys have done for me.

I love you, Roxy!!   : )   Say hi to everyone for me.  I'll be in touch and will send pics.

Anita

I hope you're having a great day. I know I am! I e-mailed Jon earlier- he gave me a lot of information in that regard. (He's always so thorough - I like that!)

At any rate, Dr., I just want to let YOU know that I am incredibly pleased with your work and artistry. You, Jon and your staff were a delight from beginning to end. The procedure was painless, even fun, and here I am two days later looking at what promises to be a great head of hair. Thank you so much! I've already recommended you to a couple of friends who inquired about the procedure when they found out that I was getting a transplant through my facebook site.

I will send photos as soon as I can. And I'll see you in a few weeks to have my sutures removed.

Once again, thank you so much for everything you did for me. I am very, very appreciative!

Sincerely,
Nicky

First off I would really like to thank you for taking the time to see to me. I found the experience to be very comfortable and very professional. I have seen many doctors over a ten year span and can easily say that my short visit to your office and with Dr. Epstein was by far the most pleasant that I have had. I left with complete confidence in Dr. Epstein and really enjoyed our conversation. I credit your office, your staff, and of course Dr. Epstein's ability to make a future patient feel so at ease.

Thank you.
-V-

Hi, Jeff,

Hope you're well, and that you have good ultimate frisbe weather!
I thought you might like to see how great this looks- I cant believe it!
all my best regards, and thanks to you and your fabulous office.

Craig says hi, as well.

Hi Roxy,

Thanks for following up! So far, so good. The scabs haven't started to come off yet, but it looks great so far. I'm trying to be extremely careful. I'm immensely grateful to Dr. Epstein and your entire staff for doing such an amazing job and offering me some new hope. Everyone was wonderful to work with. I'm really excited to see how the new hairs come in in a few months. I'll keep you posted.

Thanks a million!
Danielle

You are not only a great surgeon but a truly cool man. It struck me one night watching you, Jerry, Bob that you guys are truly the new vanguard in the profession. Ten years ago you guys and your techniques were relatively new. Now you set the bar for the profession.

I am soooo happy with the eyebrows, they are fully grown in and I feel so much better about everything, thank you for you time and help answering all my questions and for being so wonderful!!! I have someone who is interested in the proceedure, her name is Rachel her email is g@yahoo.com she wants to see my "before" pictures, can you send them to her? Did you keep them on file? Please write to me and let me know when you get a chance...

Tell Dr. Epstein I am happy and well...

Thank you and Happy New Year!

Kate W

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I hope all is well with you. I apologize for sending pictures of my eyebrow result so late. You did my eyebrows 7 months ago. This picture show eyebrows at month 5. I apologize for not having a better picture.

  Carol MCBeth-Borws

I also attached a picture of my new granddaughter. I would like you to know that I am so excited and happy with the results. I can not tell you how confident I feel. People notice a difference, but cannot put their finger on it. You are the best. Please tell everyone I said hello. Thanks again.

Carol MCBeth

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Its coming up on my one year anniversary since my procedure and Im not wanted you recognize that by reaching out to you and thinking you for the beautiful work you did on my eyebrow, and to let you know that my life has improved so much because of your help. The procedure is a miracle, and every day I wake up and look in the mirror and remember that. I also remember how grateful I am that you could help me. You are an amazing doctor and artist. Your work is truly PRICELESS!

Thank you again so much

Hello Melissa,

I have not heard from you in a while.  I was wondering if Fox News was going to air my segment?  I also wanted to let you know that my eyebrows have finally grown in and the results are amazing.  They look wonderful.  I can forward you all some after pictures if you would like.

This whole experience has changed my life and the way that I view myself.  The self confidence that I have is unbelievable!  The results are unbelievable!  To go from hardly no eyebrows to having a full set is amazing!  I saw that my before pictures are on the website and to see those it is hard to believe that less than a year ago I looked like that.

Please let me know if the segment will air.  I would love to see it.   If Fox news in my area would like to do a post procedure interview I would be willing.

Dr. Epstein is an amazing physician and what he and his staff did for me can not be describe in words.  Roxy of course it would not have been possible without your support and attentiveness to my needs.  Dr. Epstein you and all your caring staff took exceptional care of me during this whole journey.  I think that not only the exceptional care that you and your staff provide but also the relationship that you strive to have with you patients is one of a kind!  I have and will continue to let everyone I meet know about the wonderful services you and your staff provide that sets you a part from any other physician, and being a nurse I know this.

Thank you all very much!!

Jody

Dear Dr. Epstein & Staff,

Please accept this small token of my appreciation, as I can't thank you enough for the excellent care that I received.

Somehow you have managed a most difficult task. You have all mastered the art of kindness and courtesy, all the while maintaining the utmost manner of professionalism. Yet, you do this in such a warm and nurturing environment. Kudos to you all!

With my sincere gratitude, I thank you again.

Best Regards,
Annie T.

Hi Roxy,

I was at your Miami office last October for new brows. I was completely thrilled with them once they grew in this Spring. Please tell Dr. Epstein for me that they are beautiful and I feel so happy with them!

I was wondering if I could get a quote to fill in a few patches?
There are two places on each inside corner and one almost to the middle of my left brow (the right if you are facing me).

If not, they still look great, the picture doesn't show how nice they really look. It would just be quicker and easier to put on the make- up and be easier to go natural with the patches filled in. Thank you!

CP

To Dr. Epstein,

Thank you! I thank Roxy, Cindy, Linda, Carlos, and all your staff. For me, all of you are so special and very good professionals. God bless you and your hands...

Lourdes C.

Hi Roxy,

I'll send pictures over the weekend. I can't tell you how many compliments I get! Hope all is well.

Sharon C.

Roxy,
When I recieved your most recent email my heart lept with joy! I am so happy, excited, grateful, etc, etc that I cannot begin to put it into words. There is nothing I can say that would  even come close to letting you and Dr. Epstein know how thankful I am to you both.
Thank you so much for being so nice and caring each time I have spoken with you. Up until the first time I discussed my situation with you, I had NEVER told anyone about how I felt about myself and my "problem." NO ONE. You immediately put me at ease and lifted all embarrassment.

Please tell Dr. Epstein that I am so appreciative of his willingness to perform his art.

You and Dr. Epstein are both angels.
Thank you again.
Bethany D.

Wow.  I have gotten so used to the "after" that I have mentally blocked the "before".  Thank you, Dr. Epstein!!!  You are an artist.  :-)

Bonnie

Hi Dr. Jeff,

Wish you could see how great my hair looks.  It's starting to look like it did years ago.  I guess it takes time for everything to settle down after a transplant!

Regards,  Judy
Hi!  My eyebrows are falling out and growing back.  I am using a bit of Maybelline but it only takes me 32 seconds instead of 5 minutes.  Life is good in the eyebrow department.  I will send a photo soon. Tons of love and hugs to you all! Laurie
My hair looks spectacular--it's even improved over the past months and now my hair looks as it did originally.  Thanks to you, I'm so glad I went ahead and did it!!!

Love, Judy

Roxy,
I would like to help Dr. Epstein (and his staff by the same token) in any way I can because my conviction is that he has truly changed my life and I would like him to be rewarded for that. I can wear my hair any way I want to now and a bad hair day does not give me any discomfort anymore. I don't try to hide my forehead anymore and I feel gorgeous. It is my opinion that Dr. Epstein deserves endless credit for that and please tell him to feel free to contact me anytime to talk to his patients. I will always be there for him in that way.

I am sure that thousands of women out there feel their forehead is too large and I believe they should all save their money and come to Dr. Epstein. Not only is he talented, but very understanding, very honest, and very fair. I will be waiting to hear from this woman. What is her first name? Have you shown her my before and after pictures? If so, what does she think?

Best regards to everyone!
Cecile

PS. Hope all went well with you guys during the hurricanes. Fortunately, I was out of town for business. Take care Roxy.

I am so so grateful that I was your patient.  As a woman, losing hair is terrible.  With all of my new hair, my husband and I are both so pleased with everything you  have done for me.

You were a last resort, after losing so much hair from polycystic ovarian syndrome.  One procedure later, I have so much more hair where it counts most- up top, where people can see it.  My gynecologist and endocrinologist are both very impressed, and it's all thanks to you Dr. Epstein.  I can't thank you enough.

It works!  And I couldn't be more pleased and amazed at the results.  Although I was thrilled with my new look immediately, within weeks I did lose what seemed like all of my little sprouts.  I wasn't fully prepared for that, and I began to wonder if maybe for me it wasn't going to work.  But...in September just like magic, every single implant began to sprout and grow, and today my guess is that 100% of them are alive and well - each now being about 2" long and growing.  I remember in my consultation with Dr. Epstein, I asked if there was any chance that it wouldn't work, and he smiled and simply stated "Oh, it works".  Well, he was right and I wish him all the success in both his practice and in creating the same magic for others.  Cynthia
Hi Roxy, Do you guys have a nice roof I could use? So I can yell off the top of my lungs that Dr. Epstein is the best surgeon in the world? So far so good.  Have a wonderful day.  Please say hello to everyone.

Thank you.Cecile

Hi Roxy!!  Can you see the HUGE smile on my face?!!  I'm so ecstatic I could cry and I can't stop looking at my brows!

I want to thank you, Dr. Epstein and his entire staff for everything you did.  >From the moment I walked into the office I felt comfortable and I was totally confident that I had made the right decision.  Dr. Epstein and his staff are phenomenal at what they do.  And you, dear sweet lady, are right up there at the top of my list as the nicest, most wonderful person I've ever had the pleasure to know.  It takes a very special person to do what you do, Roxy, and I am blessed to have met you for you truly are an angel.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Please let everyone know how very thankful I am for what they did for me.  Words can't express my gratitude and I will never forget what wonderful people all of you are.

I'll stay in touch and I'll be sure to send pictures a few months down the road.  Thanks again!!

Oh, and yes.....if anyone ever asks for a reference you certainly may give them my e-mail address.  I want to shout out to the world what great people all of you are and what a phenomenal job Dr. Epstein and his staff did on my brows!!!

Anita

I am back in New York and am feeling great so far... I love the way my eyebrows look and I believe this will change my life in ways that you might never understand. I just want you to know how grateful I am, and that i think you are a wonderful doctor and a fantastic artist. I am happy to attest this to anyone who is considering a procedure. Thank you is an understatement. My eyebrows look better than I ever hoped for. I was unsure what to expect and was a little scared but everything about this experience exceeded all I had ever hoped for.

My sincerest gratitude,

Kate

Hi Dr. Epstein!

Thank you so much for your response. As you probably could guess I had been a little on edge given my previous two transplant results weren't as successful as I would have hoped. However, I do see growth and  remain positive and continue to monitor the results for the next few months and keep you updated on the progress.

If I don't speak with you before the end of the year...here's to an early Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!

Thank you again and please say hello to all the great people in your office!

Sincerely,

Lisa

Dear Dr. Epstein, Roxy and the staff,   (warning: kinda long e-mail, take bathroom breaks if you need to)

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for providing such a FABULOUS TOP-NOTCH brow transplant surgery.  After the Valium and swelling went down, I was able to get a more accurate assessment of the implant when I looked into the lighted-up magnified mirror at home.  It revealed even more of your innate aesthetic and scientific capabilities.  Where art meets science: that's what makes a top-notch plastic surgeon.  But I knew this based on your overwhelmingly impressive background.  I contacted 5 other surgeons, even one in  Beverly Hills of all places, and I knew that I'd chosen the right one.  The 6th time's a charm in this case.  I remember checking your site half a year ago, and there was some mention of how you played the violin for years.  I can't seem to find it on the site now.  That drew me in even more as it shows the natural dexterity of your fingers to enhance the implantation.  Didn't hurt that you're easy on the eyes, too, haha.  A true Renaissance man just like my favorite artist, Leonardo da Vinci.

The staff was incredible.  Everyone was very sweet and professional, and I felt very welcomed.  The implanters did an excellent job, having my hand held relaxed me quite a bit, etc, etc.  I stayed quiet for the most part so everyone could concentrate, but I do realize that because you've all had so much experience on this, you can all do it in your sleep;o).  I joked with Roxy about coming back and getting a hotel (er, hostel) on South Beach for everyone over Christmas break. Or was I joking;-)?  Maybe after I finish school and pay back Uncle Sam, haha.

The procedure was painless for the most part.  When I had my brows tattooed on, that was some real pain that only a sadist would enjoy;o)  I looked like Groucho Marx on crack for days and the end result wasn't that much better.  However, after the implantation, on the plane ride back, I looked like a Golden Retriever (the puffy eyes) but puppy dogs are much cuter than Groucho Marx so I'll take that any day.  A couple days later, it looked like I had pretty golden yellow eye shadow on and now I'm completely normal, relatively speaking;o).  I admit, I was a bit shocked at first and being in the wrong state of mind, I thought my brow shape was going to stay crescent-moon shaped and not the shape I was going for.  I just didn't realize they were that puffy and that was causing it.  I apologize for that.  I think the Florida sun fried my brain a bit (but no sunburn, at least!), oh, and hunger.

You have all exceeded my expectations (and mine were high!) for meticulously implanting each and every brow hair in the most natural angle that only Mother Nature could achieve.  The hairs blend in perfectly as if my own genetic code had designed them for my particular facial structure. The only way I can really tell which ones are mine is based on the fact that I have to use hairspray to keep the real ones in place.  And the ones that were obviously not there in the first place.  Mainly at the base and at the tail.  Most of my real hairs are slightly thinner but one can only tell under the microscope.  But of course, brow hairs and head hair are different from one another in terms of thickness.  Well, mine are, at least.

I noticed that on the right brow, you had designed for a few to be placed above my brow line.  Not only did that add more symmetry to my face, but it opened up my eye area, adding a lift after tweezing a slight amount under the right brow.  I won't need botox for a few years, jk;o).  The brow hairs along the "tails" were a bit short, but now they've already grown enough to lay flat and natural (ie, don't stick out at a crazy angle that some other doctors tend to do).

With the implanted hairs, they stay in the right direction and I WAKE UP with these brows in place (given that I've slept on my back, of course).  No, wait...I now wake up with a full set of nicely shaped REAL eyebrows for the first time in my life!  A somewhat good analogy for what this means to me would be like having gone through life without an upper lip. Like a part of the facial bone structure is missing. It makes one realize that eyebrows are just as important as the eyes, the lips or the mouth.  Otherwise, a person looks blank and expressionless and asymmetrical.  Not the most attractive sight.

What amazes me the most is that this surgery occurred only a few days ago, and I'm already ecstatic with the results.  Not only with the physical results but the PSYCHOLOGICAL results as well.  And that's what it really comes down to.  (Ok, now I'm crying, lol...which happened yesterday, too...after the Valium, puffiness and initial shock wore off, I was able to get in touch with my feelings).

What these brows have added to my life is BALANCE.  Not having that anxiety and insecurity when talking to someone under the bright sunlight and them wondering why my brows are blue or partially missing.  Not spending 15+/- minutes JUST on my brows alone to make them as natural looking as possible.  Achieving the natural look is so high-maintenance, what an oxymoron, hehe.  I commented to Roxy that this procedure would change my life.  It may sound a tad bit dramatic, especially to someone who was born with full brows and takes it for granted or a person void of an aesthetically sensitive eye (or is that vanity? no, no!).  But yes, this has and will be life-altering as I gain the CONFIDENCE to welcome new adventures into my life.

Here in Oregon , we love our rock climbing and camping and other very outdoorsy activities.  I was always too self-conscious to engage in anything that would cause my brows to come off and would spend most of my time indoors (bar scene gettin way too old).  The blue eyebrows took a psychological toll more than I had realized.  I'm already visualizing all the things that I want to take up like scuba diving, surfing, just being SPONTANEOUS and living a more adventurous, outdoorsy and active life.  Although I must admit, not doing those things have caused me to focus more on the academic aspect of my life so that's one good thing I got out of it.  Ah, and less wrinkles.  Seven years down, 4 more to go.  But why not both?  Now I can get my studying in and dash right out the door to go swimming and throw that insecurity and vanity out the window.  Just throw on my mascara and powder and go!  No more 20-60 min routine!  Now it's under 5 minutes, if that, to put on my "face" for class.  Wow, you've helped me with my time-management skills, too and that's very important to a goal-oriented person who wants to look nice at the same time but doesn't want to spend too much time working on it.  Semi-permanent lash extensions might be next, but that's it.  I already spoke with a Seattle doctor about permanent ones, and he said it was a bad idea.  He's also the one who recommended you and Limmer.

Anyways, this e-mail is a bit long and you are a busy doctor with a busy staff (which is a very good indication, esp for business:o), and I feel like I'm writing in my diary.  But this is a great way to get my point across as to how I have been feeling since the procedure.  Any balding customers walking into my future pharmacy asking about Propecia or Rogaine, I would surely recommend you and your staff.  I'll recommend any browless friends of mine suffering from tacky porn star-esque eyebrow makeup.  Not only do they get a hair transplant surgeon but also a shrink at the same time who doesn't need to hand out the Paxil to alieviate the anxiety of having no hair;o).

Heck, I will do it on your incredibly thorough website!  I authorize you to use my eyebrow pics as long as my face isn't shown.  From right below my brows to my hairline is fair game.  Because a picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to plastic surgery, I really would like to show everyone the incredible end results.  The pics REALLY won me over and that's what it boils down to.  And if you would like to publish my letter, you are more than welcome to as long as it's my initials S.P or maybe switched around to P.S.  You can censor it, too (ie, take paragraphs out).  I tend to be a bit tongue-in-cheek at times so if there's anything off-color, I understand.  Happens when you grow up with 3 older brothers;o)

I have a webcam, but I'm not sure if it would show the brows all too clearly.  But in a few months, when the masterpiece is complete, I'll send you a picture.  I was thinking about coming back to S.Beach for Christmas break, but it looks like we all agreed on ringing in the New Year in Vegas.  Will follow up on that.  Well, I'll be back eventually and I'd love for everyone to see them in person and appreciate their hard work and what it's done for me.  Once again, THANK YOU from the bottom of my happy heart!  And like I had said in the operating room, "the world recommends you."  I now personally know that it is true, and the only thing I regret is not having met you and the staff much much sooner...like when I was in middle school;o)

Sincerely,

S.

P.S.  Take a short break and smell the flowers (the ones I sent to ring in the Autumn season which is what we Oregonians actually have...ahhh, I want to go back to beautiful, WARM Miami as I am in a sweatshirt right now).  The last implanter asked about the tattoo remover I'm using: it's called Tat Be Gone and the ratings indicate that it works very well.

Dear Roxy and Dr Epstein,

I am just sending you both a message to say that i arrived safely back in the United Kingdom last Friday morning after a long flight.

Everybody thinks my implants look great and are very impressed with the quality of Dr Epstein's work. So far only one hair has fallen out but i have not actually washed my face yet as i am so scared that they will all fall out. My husband and i would just like to express our heartfelt thanks to all of you for being kind and looking after me while i was in your wonderful country. I want to thankyou so much from the bottom of my heart for making my dream come true and giving me my confidence back and making me like myself again.

I will keep you updated on the progress of my eyebrows(boy it feels very good to write that word eyebrows).

I would like you all to know that you all hold a very special place in my heart and i will never forget for as long as i live what you all did for me.You are all truly amazing and wonderful people and thankyou very very much for giving me back a life and a normal looking face.

Sincerely grateful forever to you all
Anne

Hi Dr. Epstein,

Just a quick note to say hello, and to give my sincerest thanks to you and your wonderful staff for the positive experience you all made my procedure.  I was confident in you and your abilities from the moment I met you and thank you for that, as you made a difficult decision a snap!

My family came over last night after my mom and I arrived from Florida and are so impressed with you and your artistry.  I can?t tell you how much we all appreciate what you?ve done and how comfortable I felt; from beginning to end.  If you hear your ears ringing, it may be due to us all singing your praises!

I can?t wait until my little ?Chia pet? begins to grow!  J  I?ll keep you posted and will send photos.

Happy thanksgiving and kindest regards,
Lisa

Dear Jeff,

This is Dee, who had a hair transplant on Monday, and perlane on Tuesday.

I wanted to thank you for your excellent work and great workers of course, but also for the interesting interchanges we had during the course of the day. We communicated unusually well for not knowing each other

- it was refreshingly honest and heartfelt.

Thanks again,
dee

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I can't thank you and your staff enough for everything you have done for me. Susie has done an awesome job at answering my questions. I will send follow up pictures as soon as I am all done up. Thanks again.

Jenilee R

Hi Jeff, We're back in Italy and all is well. Just a little soreness from the graft donor site while the areas that have been transplanted are healing up nicely. Thanks again to you and your entire staff for the kindness and the professionalism. If you ever come out this way please let us know. We'll be more than happy to show you around our part of Italy. Ciao and we'll be in touch. Giancarlo
Dr. Epstein, Hope all is well in Miami. Tomorrow marks the 9th month (dos July 11th, 2007) since my hair transplant. I have to tell you the results are fantastic (better than I expected) and I couldn't be happier. People constantly commenting on my hair, wondering if I colored it or something is different. Anyway, one of the best decisions I've ever made and really appreciate the excellent job you did. Thanks again. Sincerely,

Van A

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Here is an update for hair transplant surgery I had in November, 2007. I am pleased to report that the sideburns are completely grown in and growing at a normal rate; all scars are covered. The temporal areas are perfect and so natural looking. The frontal hairline is growing but at a slower rate and with some itching. Overall, I am thrilled to have a hairline that is such an improvement over the unnatural one I started with. I wish women could be warned about the drastic hairline changes that plastic surgery can inflict. Although most plastic surgeons don't practice such drastic procedures anymore, many still do and it is so disappointing for the patient. When I see Dr. Ridenour in Creve Couer, MO in May I will ask him to forward some updated photos for you. A big thank you to you and your staff for my great new hairline. I will be wearing my hair back at the beach this summer and not hiding under a hat!

Sincerely,

Connie Frazier

Hello Dr Epstein,

I wanted to thank you for all your help. I thank you for helping me make one of the most important decisions in my life and I am truely grateful. I know I have a long wait ahead but I am glad that it started off so well. I will keep you posted about my progress.
Thank you once again.

Neha.

Hello Roxy and Staff,

Just wanted to thank you and Dr. Epstein for all your expertise, great care, and artistry regarding my recent transplant procedure. My eyebrows look great and are healing nicely. Everyone is amazed at the symmetry and density of the brow lines.

The swelling has been minimal and the bruising almost non-existent. Graft and donor areas all look good, too.

Thanks in advance for any answers you might have regarding my recovery. Of course, I will send pictures regarding my progress.

Dr. Epstein, Roxy, Linda and staff are a class act!!

Marie B

Hi Roxy,

Today is Day 6 of my recovery and I just wanted to let you know that--despite my incredibly LOW tolerance for pain--my eyebrows are GORGEOUS (scabby and all!)!!! I don't know think I've ever seen such perfect brows on anyone...and now they're MINE!!

So happy!!

You have such an AMAZING group of gals there! I am so thankful for everyone's kindness and great sense of humor! Dr. Epstein is such a talented man! He really does have a unique artistic ability and eye for detail. I'm so so so happy that I found him.

You are a doll! Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and brave! I appreciate you, Roxy!

Julie

Hi Jeffrey,

Delighted with the whole experience, was very comforting and professional! And my head feels great, minimum numbness and completely undetectable so i can get straight back to work!

Keep up the good work,
Eoin

Ps - Roxy, any irish customers want to talk,id be delighted to give my full recommendation, just give them that email address! Kind Regards, Eoin

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Greeting from Kauai, so nice to be home. Hope all is going well with you.
Sorry to have missed you in New York-was swamped with work. Attempting to do a masters in Chemistry over summer breaks is rather difficult.
I don't have to go back to the university next summer-just working on the writing the final draft. All of my lab work is done-what a relief.
Sent you some rather low quality photos..sorry about that.
The hair transplant has been very successful. I can't even really express what a difference it has made in my life when you did the transplants. The emotional distress when I thought I would actually have no hair around my face- it seemed a progressive hair loss condition. Family and friends can't believe it when I tell them that my hair around my face is transplanted hair. So THANK YOU again and it is exciting to me that you are doing more procedures. I know your probably super busy but would look forward to a consultation (if possible?)-via email or phone.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
Allison

Hi Dr. Epstein,

I hope this e-mail reaches you doing great! I'm doing very well and enjoying my new hair immensely.
I'm interested in getting a second procedure done, to kind of fill in the blanks and thicken things up a bit. What are your thoughts?
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Lisa

Dr Epstein,

My eyebrows have started miraculously to grow back, or, most likely, due to your great surgery, the right one especially has filled out considerably. I still have a gap in the left one, but I think this will hopefully also fill in with time.

Thanks and best regards
Anita

Dr. Jeff

This procedure accomplished exactly what I was after, and changed my life for the better. I love it, and think it's perfect.

I could tell you how much this has done for my self-confidence but then I imagine you knew that would happen. What a lucky guy you are to have such an impact on so many lives. Thanks again to you and your staff for the kindness and the extra effort they all made. I never once felt uncomfortable and for me that's saying a lot.

J

Dr Epstein

I just wanted to ask you to pass my sincere thanks on to all the girls at your surgery for how well they treated me before, during and after my procedure. It was something that I was nervous, anxious and slightly embarassed about embarking on but they put me totally at ease and made the experience as tolerable as possible.

Kind regards
Dan

 Hi Maureen,

Thanks for the support. I guess I will see you in about 9 months when I meet with Dr. Epstein for my follow up appointment. I know my hair will grow slow (my hair grows about 1/3 of an inch a month) but I am so happy it's over and that Dr. Epstein gave me the opportunity to be more self-confident, prettier, and able to do many activities that I wouldn't feel comfortable doing otherwise (rainy days, swimming, going out in windy days..and activities such as- roller coasters, bungee jumping, sky-diving..being able to finally open up completely to a guy and feel that he won't judge/reject me..once my hair finallymgrows in). I feel like most of the weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I can't wait to see the results! (your'e more than welcome to forward this to Dr. Epstein if you would like)

Sincerely,
Emma L

Dear Dr. Epstein,

Thanks, I had a good trip back and I had a really good experience at your office in Miami. Everybody was so nice and did a great job! It feels tight in the donor area. I don?t know if this is to be expected and if I just should give it some time?

Besides that I?m just excited for my new hair to grow out and I hope that it will be dense. Again, thank you so much! I will keep in touch and let you know how it goes.

Best wishes,
Malene

"Just a sincere note of heartfelt thanks for making this such a wonderful and virtually pain-free experience. Your team was wonderful, made me feel extremely comfortable, and actually the made the day fun! continue
