Since establishing the Foundation for Hair Restoration in 1996, and subsequently the Women's Center for Hair Loss, Jeffrey S. Epstein, MD,FACS, a board certified facial plastic and hair restoration surgeon, has been recognized as one of the world's top hair transplant surgeons. A Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami, Dr. Epstein has performed over 6,000 procedures, as well as teaching and lecturing on his techniques. Working with his own team of 19 full time assistants, Dr. Epstein performs the state of the art all microscopic follicular unit grafting and follicular unit extraction techniques to treat men and women, with his work setting the standard amongst his peers. This commitment to excellencies reflected in part by his inclusion in the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons, the first and only organization comprised of fewer than 40 carefully screened, skilled and ethical hair transplant surgeons worldwide, and the Coalition of Hair Transplant Surgeons, with fewer than 25 selected members.
As his reputation has grown, more and more of his patients travel from throughout the US, Europe and Asia, the Middle East, Latin America- even Australia, to make sure they receive the very highest level of care. In addition, each surgeon brings his or her own particular areas of interest, giving patients the choice by whom they wish to be treated. The first of these surgeons to affiliate with Dr. Epstein is Dr. Glenn M. Charles of Boca Raton. In addition to impressive practice histories in hair restoration and aesthetic surgery, his skills in hair transplantation, as well as his decision making, have been refined by spending time working with Dr. Epstein. Furthermore, Dr. Charles works with a full-time team of assistants who have not only the same commitment to excellence, but also the same level of expertise and skills by receiving training at Dr. Epstein's office.
