In 1994, Jeffrey S. Epstein, MD, FACS, founded the Foundation for Hair Restoration, a practice devoted exclusively to the diagnosis and treatment of hair loss in men and women. As Dr. Epstein is recognized worldwide by his peers and patients as one of the foremost experts in the field of hair restoration, his practice is regarded as one of the finest centers of excellence for providing state-of-the-art aesthetic surgical hair restoration. Unique amongst his peers, Dr. Epstein is a board certified facial plastic surgeon, former President of the Florida Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and a Clinical Instructor at the University of Miami .

He is particularly recognized by the plastic surgery community for his expertise, as he teaches and writes extensively in the facial plastic and general plastic surgery literature.

Every year, hundreds and hundreds of patients from throughout south Florida but mostly throughout the world travel to be treated and evaluated by Dr. Epstein, to be assured of achieving the most natural appearing hair restoration. But as important to the expertise of the surgery that is provided is the actual caring and professionalism that patients come to expect and deserve when they become patients of Dr. Epstein.

Since the Foundation's founding in 1994, Dr. Epstein has strived to meet the special needs of women with hair loss. To achieve this, he established the Women's Center for Hair Loss, devoted exclusively to the treatment of hair loss in women. To bring this specialized care to the greatest number of women possible, in addition to his main office in Miami , with two other consultation offices in Florida , he has opened a New York City office.

Our Mission

Mission Of The Women's Center For Hair Loss:

To provide aesthetic, natural appearing hair restoration to women in a caring, professional environment. All types of hair loss will be addressed, including but not limited to scalp hair loss, but also eyebrow transplants and eyelash restoration, the repair of scarring from prior plastic surgery, and hairline advancement.  All procedures and consultations will be performed by Dr. Epstein, supported by the professional attention of his highly trained staff.
